Dr. Shulman cares for patients with Parkinson's disease and related conditions on Thursday afternoons in the Parkinson's Disease Center and Movement Disorders Clinic. The clinic is located at Smith Tower, 6550 Fannin St., Suite 1801, Houston, Texas 77030. Appointments can be made by calling 713-798-7438.

Patients with Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders are referred to the Alzheimer's Disease and Memory Disorders Center, located at 1977 Butler Blvd., Suite E5.101, Houston, Texas 77030, 713-798-4734.
