Director: Dr. Pillow oversees the simulation and standardized patient programs as part of the training and evaluation process for medical students. Dr. Pillow assists the clerkships in designing and implementing simulated patient cases and practical exam skills. in addition, he analyzes and completes research for scholarly writings in relation to the Simulation and Standardized Patient Program and is the Director of the ACLS/BLS program for the College.

She is also responsible for keeping up with all the SP's contracts and payroll. Eugenia invoices all outside clients and BCM departments for the use of the Simulation Lab and Standardized Patient Program.
