Dear Members of the BCM Community,

With Spring Break and schools closing due to COVID-19, it’s good to review the benefits you are provided by Baylor College of Medicine.

If you are in need of back-up dependent care (child or adult), the College has contracted with Bright Horizons to provide 20 days of back-up care services at a substantially subsidized rate. Information is available on the intranet.

For faculty and staff who have enrolled in BCM health care benefits, Virtual Visits providers Teladoc®, AmWell® and Doctor On DemandTM are prepared to help guide you and your covered dependents who think they may have been infected by COVID-19. More information is available online.

The Employee Assistance Program is available if assistance is needed to help resolve problems that impact your personal and/or professional life. For additional information, visit our site.

I hope you will take advantage of these benefits as needed.
