New Baylor Employee Screening Process

Beginning Monday, May 11, Baylor Medicine screening locations will begin using an online attestation that will replace the questions currently being recorded on paper during the symptom screening process. This will expedite the screening process and minimize lines. The online options will be available for sign-in in other Baylor buildings soon.

Use one of the following options to access the online symptom screening.

QR code

  • You may view the QR code and scan it with your phone to access the symptom screening website.
  • You will be asked to sign-in in two steps – first, your BCM ECA email address; second, your BCM user name and password. Please close the browser on your phone when you have completed the symptom attestation.
  • If you will be exiting and re-entering BCM buildings, you may leave the website open for the day in order to show the completion when re-entering. You will also receive a confirmation email from “BCM COVID Screening”.
  • To begin a new day’s attestation, click “Return to Home.”

Additional information:

  • If you are working at a location with BCM temperature screening, please fill out the attestation up to the temperature screening question, then have the screener take your temperature, respond to the temperature question online, and submit the attestation form.
  • If you are working at a location without BCM temperature screening, please take your own temperature if you are able and submit the attestation. This can be done from home before leaving for work or can be completed once you have arrived at your work location.
  • If you are working at an affiliate location with their own screening app, you do not need to complete the BCM screening attestation.
  • You are required to complete a new attestation every day you are working. Telecommuters should also complete the attestation.
  • Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from covidscreening@bcm.edu . If you plan to work in another location that day where screening is occurring, you can simply show the confirmation email you received after your attestation was completed earlier that day, or show the screener the confirmation on your phone if you have not closed it.
  • If you are unable to complete the online screening attestation process for any reason (lack of phone, etc.) or have any questions, the employee screening staff will be available to assist as needed.  For technical assistance using the online screening, email covidscreening@bcm.edu
