Evaluation of the efficacy of the CRF1 antagonist GSK561679 in women with post-traumatic stress disorder (H-30433)

Are you a woman between the ages of 18-64 and suffer from PTSD?  Baylor College of Medicine and the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center are conducting a study to test the safety and effectiveness of an experimental drug for PTSD, GSK561679, compared to a placebo. The total duration of the study will be about 12 weeks.  The study is sponsored by the National Institutes of Health, and is being conducted at three sites nationwide.
