30th Anniversary Scientific Symposium and Poster Session
The Huffington Center on Aging presents the Scientific Symposium and Poster Session as a part of its 30th anniversary celebration. A day-long event will feature lectures from leading scientists in the fields of biology of aging, longevity and age-related diseases, a poster session competition and a visit by renowned author Arianna Huffington. This year's symposium is part of the celebration marking the 30th anniversary of the Huffington Center on Aging.
Shelley Berger, Daniel S. Och University Professor, University of Pennsylvania, is this year’s Huffington Distinguished Lecturer and will present the scientific keynote address.
The poster session will highlight research projects conducted at Baylor College of Medicine that will compete for prizes and for the Estela E. Medrano Award on Excellence in Aging Research.
