Healthcare Initiatives: To foster genuine empathy for our patients by bringing together people from different origins, cultures, and voices to provide a better overall experience in the clinic leading to improved patient outcomes.
Education Initiatives: Attract and recruit highly diverse crop of graduate student candidates to better reflect the population at large.
Research Initiatives: Recruit and hire a highly diverse group of trainees and faculty to more accurately represent the general population.
Community Initiatives: Taking a diverse group of students and trainees into classroom settings to promote engaging conversations through science and clinical advancements. Our focus is to spark young minds and show that representation is paramount to our mission.
