Clinicians must be photographed wearing a white lab coat in a natural light setting.
Faculty Signature Bio Photos
Faculty photos are to be taken in natural light photographic settings.
How Do I Get a Copy of My Existing Photo?
If you previously had your photo taken by a Baylor photographer but don't have an electronic copy and it is not in your Signature account, you can request a web-ready electronic copy of your photo from Graphic Communications online and select "General Project Request."
What Do I Need to Do to Resize a Photo for Signature?
If you previously had a photo taken by a Baylor photographer, but Signature is telling you the file is too big to upload, you may resize it using any photo editing program or request resizing from Graphic Communications. There is a $10 editing fee for this service.
How Do I Get a New Photo for My Website Bio
Complete this online form to schedule a head-shot photo session. Head-shots for use on the Baylor website are taken in natural light and cost $30. If you are a clinician and plan to use the photo on your clinical website bio, please be sure to bring your white coat to the photo session.
