How to Enroll as a Study Participant
Individuals who are interested in participating in the study are welcome to review the study consent form for complete information on the study events, responsibilities of study centers and enrolled patients. You will be asked to sign this or similar form prior to study enrollment. Signing of a consent form is prerequisite to participate in any study involving human subjects. Some variations in the form contents may occur at different surgical centers.
Enrollment to the study is now open, please contact the study surgical center where you want your aortic valve operation to be performed. The study surgical core will also provide information on all enrollment procedures.
