Bra Art Displayed as Fundraiser
More than 40 bras were designed by local artists, breast cancer survivors and members of the Breast Cancer Advisory Council of Baylor College of Medicine as a kickoff to breast cancer awareness month in October. The BraVissima! collection will be auctioned and available for public viewing during the Pink Ribbon House tours, April 16-18, and April 23-25, 2010.
Pictured from left are Pink Ribbon House Chairs Gail Rauhut, Deb Parks and Trish Hayes, with Dr. Kent Osborne, director of the Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center and the Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center at Baylor College of Medicine.
