Grades (Release)
Medical School
Pre-clinical grade reports from the Office of the Registrar and a grade summary report from the Office of Curriculum are prepared for each student in Blocks 1-3 and made available to each student via their mailbox within one to two days following grade review by the Promotions Committee.
Pre-clinical grade reports from the Office of the Registrar are prepared for each student in Blocks 4-8 and made available to each student via their mailbox within one to two days following grade review by the Promotions Committee.
Pre-clinical grades, clinical grades and National Board Exam Grades are released to the Web Based Grade Service.
Grades normally update overnight unless held during uploading.
Official grades, which post to the Medical School transcript, include only final grades for each course using the scale Honors (H), High Pass (HP), Pass (P), Marginal Pass (MP), Fail (F), Pass/Fail Courses (P* or F*).
Interim academic actions, block grades, and National Board or USMLE scores do not appear on the transcript.

Pre-clinical and clinical grade reports are issued by the director of each program on the day after the Promotions Committee convenes to approve grades.
