There will be a $10 USD service fee collected, per ticket, for all
tickets issued through MeetingWorks reservations, or any Continental
Airlines ticketing facility. To avoid a service fee, book your reservation
online at www.continental.com. Enter both your Z Code and
Agreement Code (without a space) in the Offer Code box when
searching for flights (ZDZSAXXFGF).
Travel agencies must list the Z Code in the Ticket Designator Box
and Tour Code Box.
