A. The heart is enlarged with increased pulmonary vascular markings. There is a large ovoid lesion located in the left lower lobe which is connected by a "vascular stalk" to the left pulmonary artery.
B. Lateral chest film demonstrates three to four vascular stalks connecting the arteriovenous malformation to the pulmonary artery.
