Breast Procedures

  • Breast augmentation/enlargement – Enhances the size and shape of breasts by inserting saline or silicone implants behind the breasts.
  • Breast lift – Raises and reshapes sagging breasts by removing excess skin and repositioning the remaining tissue and nipples.
  • Breast reconstruction – Reconstruction of the shape and appearance of a woman's breast that has been removed due to cancer or other disease or injury. More information on breast reconstruction.
  • Breast reduction – Removes fat, glandular tissue, and skin from the breasts, reducing the pain, discomfort and medical problems caused by large breasts and creating a more proportional body. (Insurance pre-determination)
    • Limited scar techniques – Modified procedures which require less extensive incisions, resulting in less scarring.
    • Breast suspension procedures – Changes the shape and size of breasts by removing extra skin between the neck and the nipples, elevating the nipples and reshaping the breasts.
  • Gynecomastia (male breast reduction) – Reduces enlarged, female-like breasts in men by removing excess glandular tissue and fat.
