E. Fred Aguilar, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a board certified plastic surgeon and associate professor of surgery in the plastic surgery division of the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He specializes in cosmetic surgery of the whole body.
