We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to postpone your surgery. Please understand that such changes affect not only your surgeon, but other patients as well. Your doctor's time, as well as that of the operating room staff, is a precious commodity and we request your courtesy and concern.
If you need to cancel your surgery or in-office procedure more than seven business days prior to your surgery, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of your surgeon?s fees. Should you find it necessary to cancel your surgery or in-office procedure seven business days or less before surgery, you will be entitled to a refund of 30% of your surgeon?s fees.
If you need to reschedule your surgery or in-office procedure within 14 business days of your procedure, you will be charged a $250 rescheduling fee. If you do so in advance of 14 days, there will be no penalty.
