Research Interests:
- Addressing young women’s reproductive health behavior. Her research activities and interests include understanding and promotion of healthy prevention behaviors by young women related to reproductive health, such as sexually transmitted infections, vaginal douching, and promoting folic acid to prevent birth defects
- Assessing a theory-based behavioral intervention to promote chlamydia and gonorrhea screening in predominantly African American young women
