David developed a protocol for pyrosequencing-based SNP testing of TPMT polymorphisms (pharmacogenetics). In TCH Pathology, D. Feldman assessed the utility of Biomed-2 IgH primer sets in the context of post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) and revised the procedure for the FUS-CHOP RT-PCR assays in evaluation of myxoid liposarcomas. Davis was the first alumnus of the Baylor Molecular Genetic Pathology (MGP) program and is currently a Staff Pathologist at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, Houston, TX.
