Baylor College of Medicine is located within the Texas Medical Center, the largest health science center in the nation providing care to more than four million patients annually. As such, the BCM Physician Assistant Program enjoys access to an extensive array of medical providers engaged in the delivery of primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare services. The major clinical affiliates that support the educational mission of the PA Program include:

Within the Houston metropolitan area affiliated clinical sites encompass the community health centers of the Harris County Hospital District, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic System, and the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. Additionally, physicians in practices throughout Houston and Texas participate regularly in the clinical training of PA students. The program has also expanded the number of training experiences offered students in community-based primary care settings in rural areas of Texas.
