Applications
Persons wishing to apply for admission to the Baylor College of Medicine Physician Assistant Program must complete two separate applications. Both applications must be submitted by Oct. 1 for an application to be considered by the Admissions Committee. Applications submitted after Oct. 1 will not be accepted.

The web site for online registration for the GRE General Test is www.gre.org. When filling out the application you will be asked for an Institutional Code, a Department Code and a Major Field Code. The institutional code for Baylor College of Medicine is R6052. The departmental code is Natural Sciences and the major field code for Allied Health is 0601 - Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended (sent to CASPA)

There is a supplemental application fee of $35 for all applicants. You may pay by PayPal (credit card/e-check) following the instructions at the end of the supplemental application. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please make the check payable to Baylor College of Medicine and send to:

*All support documents pertinent to the application must be received by Oct. 1. Following the receipt of all documents, competitive applicants are invited to participate in interviews conducted during the month of January at BCM. Notification of acceptance following interviews typically is made by the end of January. Each applicant offered a position in the first year class must acknowledge acceptance within two weeks. The written acknowledgment of acceptance must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit.
