  • SIM-ER! - for all of you who are looking something to do that is not studying, yet not completely wasting time, here is the answer to your search.This online simulation game requires you to think and act like an actual ER physician...kinda. You get to assess, treat, diagnose, request consults and even fill out the paper work! It's all graphically interfaced, and if you're not quite doing what you should be, the patient verbally lets you know.
