What phone number do I call for an appointment?
Patients can make an appointment by calling patient services at (713) 798-7500. A scheduling representation will help you make your appointment.



Where are you located?
The clinic location is Baylor Clinic at 6620 Main St. The building is located between Southgate and Dryden street across St. Luke’s Medical Tower



How do I contact your billing office?
For a billing question, call (713) 798-7500 and ask to speak to a billing representative.



Where do I park when I come for an appointment?
Self-parking is available in the Baylor Clinic Parking Garage, which may be entered from Southgate street. Valet parking is also available and may be entered from Main Street directly in front of the building. After parking take the elevators to the 3rd level (crosswalk), and then take the Baylor Clinic elevators to the 14th floor.



Who do I contact if I need medical assistance or a prescription refill during office hours?
During office hours you may call and ask to speak with your physician's nurse who will assist you and relay necessary information to the physician. You may have your pharmacist call the nurse for prescription refills.



What should I do if I need medical care after hours or if I have an emergency?
If medical care is needed after office hours, on weekends, or holidays, call the appointment phone number and the answering service will relay your message to your physician. For emergencies, call 911 and proceed to the emergency center nearest you.
