Family Day at BCM held Aug. 15
The annual Family Day honoring first-year students of the School of Allied Health Sciences, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and BCM Medical School and their guests was held Aug. 15.

Activities for the day included:
- Anatomy demonstrations
- Tours
- Problem-based learning sessions
- Faculty presentations
Speakers were:
- Lynn Yeoman, Ph.D., Professor, Pharmacology, Director, Integrated Problem Solving Program
- Gayle Slaughter, Ph.D., Assistant Dean of Graduate Education, Associate Professor, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences
- Florence Eddins-Folensbee, M.D., '83, Associate Dean, Admissions and Student Affairs and Director, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Training
- Carl E. Fasser, B.A, P.A.-C, Director, Physician Assistant Program, School of Allied Health Sciences
- Barbara Walker, CFRE, Senior Director, Alumni Affairs
