Appointments
For adult patients, please call 713-798-4696, during regular office hours (weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to schedule an appointment at the Baylor Clinic.
For pediatric patients, please call 832-822-3950, during regular office hours (weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to schedule an appointment at the Texas Children's Hospital Clinical Care Center.
Before your appointment:
- Please contact your physician’s nurse or assistant if you need help determining which X-rays, CT scans or MRI scans to bring to your appointment
- Please phone the day before your appointment to confirm
- Please verify that we have your up-to-date contact information
The day of your appointment, please:
- Bring your insurance information
- Arrive 20 minutes early to complete registration forms
- Bring X-rays, CT scans or MRI scans taken for your current medical condition, if available
- Bring relevant medical records
