Medical Director

Rendering of meshed mouse model used in photon radiative transport simulations. In this image, some of the major internal organs such as the lungs, liver, kidneys, stomach, spleen, small intestine, and bladder are shown.
Division Activities:
- Development of new molecular imaging technologies for in vivo small animal imaging
- Translating imaging technologies and molecular agents from preclinical into clinical studies
- Application of in vivo molecular imaging to answer fundamental questions of disease progression and of therapeutic actions of molecular medicines
- Training pre-doctorates, M.D.'s, and Ph.D.'s from diverse fields in the emerging field of Molecular Imaging
