Clone Selection
Description:
For descriptions of the available clone sets see the clone
selection page. Currently there are four main clone libraries,
Mouse GEM 1 (9K), Human GEM 1 (7K), Mouse BMAP Brain (11K), BMAP
Retina (6K), and Human cDNA Sequence Verified (40K). Additional
clones are planned. The following link is to an FTP site that is
home to these large files as well as other files of interest.

Description:
Data analysis templates are available for all Microarray
Core Facility produced microarrays. The following link takes you
to an FTP site containing all currently available array annotations.
Directions for using the templates and descriptions of the template
files are available on the data description pages.
