Your raw data is available as TIFF files for the individual image
channels, JPEG files for the color versions of the images, tab-delimited
raw data files, representing the output of the quantitation software
and annotated Excel spreadsheets that help in processing and linking
data to specific genes.
When you follow this link you will be directed to a WEB-based
server. Click on your laboratory folder and enter your username
and password. This will give you access to view and download your
data. Each chip experiment resides in individual subfolders with
date-coded names.
