Transcript: So there's actually a lot of really good things about the training here, which definitely factored into my decision to come here. I would say the best thing that we have are the faculty. Most of the faculty here are tremendous. They're really available to the students, especially some of our deans. They're very willing to work with students, especially those who are involved with extracurricular opportunities, and they're very willing to make our schedules work and be flexible for us so that we don't just learn inside the classroom but also have other experiences that really allow us to develop as physician leaders, more than just clinicians.
