She attended Vanderbilt University where she often took time off her studies to go camping and make “smores” huddled around a bonfire. She came to Baylor College of Medicine for her medical degree and continued on for residency. Rachana plans to start an endocrine fellowship after residency. Her hobbies include biking, running and cooking ethnic foods. Her specialities include Asian, Thai, Mexican and Indian foods.
