Neill was born and raised in Dallas in the great state of Texas. He attended Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. It was there that he became acquainted with culinary pleasures of the creole and discovered the true meaning of life (he can tell you if you're curious). He graduated in 1997, but stayed and extra year to continue inner city ministry and to eat as many po boys as possible. He attended Baylor College of Medicine were he graduated in 2002 before beginning his training in Med/Peds at the same program. He has been blessed enough to have such experiences as travel through Europe, learning Spanish in Central America, and learning to scuba dive off the coast of Belize. He still hopes to travel to Africa and Asia, go skydiving, learn to play the tenor saxaphone, and maybe the cello, become fluent in Spanish, and oh yes, maybe become the best doctor he can be along the way.
