Medical School: Baylor College of Medicine
Debra grew up in Plano Texas, a suburb north of Dallas. Debra attended The University of Texas at Austin and received her
Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 1995. After graduating college she moved to Houston where she started medical school at Baylor College of Medicine. In her fourth year of medical school she
completed her coursework for her Masters in Public Health in public policy at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Also in her last year
of medical school Debra and Hanoch Patt were married. Hanoch is a Pediatrics resident also in the Baylor Program.
