Rheumatology Journal Club

Rheumatology Journal Club is held bi-monthly (alternating with Rheumatology Case Conferece from 12:00 to 1:00 PM in Conference Room 517D at One Baylor Plaza. Donald Marcus, M.D. and Namieta Janssen, M.D., coordinate this journal club. Rheumatology faculty, clinical fellows, and residents attend this conference to discuss various topics in rheumatology. Lunch is provided.

Rheumatology Case Conference

Rheumatology Case Conference is held on alternating Fridays at noon. Rheumatology faculty and fellows attend and two journal articles are discussed during each session. Lunch is provided. Namietta Janssen, M.D. is the coordinator for this journal club.

Rheumatology Core Lecture Series

Rheumatology Core Lecture Series are held on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday each month from 7:00-8:00 AM at the University of Texas John Freeman Building, MS 5.168. Rheumatolgy faculty, clinical fellows and residents attend this conference. This lecture series is coordinated by Filemon Tan, M.D. and Namieta Janssen, M.D. and a variety of rheumatology topics are discussed.

Biology of Inflammation Center Immunology Laboratory Journal Club

BIC/Immunology Laboratory Journal Club is held every Friday from 8:30-9:30 AM in Conference Room 517D at One Baylor Plaza. Li-yuan Yu-Lee, Ph.D. coordinates this journal club. Faculty within the BIC attend, along with graduate students, and research and clinical postdoctoral fellows, to present either their respective works-in-progress or journal articles related to their research. A continental breakfast is provided.
