The Department of Medicine is the second largest department at Baylor College of Medicine. We have 695 faculty members in 18 departmental sections and centers who are dedicated to excellence in research, education, and patient care in internal medicine.
Our Mission is to lead the discovery of tomorrow's medicine today, educate the future leaders of Internal Medicine, and provide compassionate care to our patients, while promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
