Agilent miRNA Microarrays
Agilent now offers miRNA arrays based on the Sanger miRBase version 10.1. The arrays use Agilent's oligo 60-mer probes made with SurePrint Technology. The organisms presently offered are human, mouse, and rat. All arrays are available in kits of 3 slides. Since each slide contains 8 identical arrays (8x15K format), the total number of arrays in the kit is 24. Input material is 100ng of total RNA in a maximum volume of 4uL.

Human: 723 human and 76 human viral miRNAs
Mouse: 567 mouse and 10 mouse gamma herpes virus miRNAs
Rat: 350 rat miRNAs
