Data Analysis - Introduction
The Microarray Core Facility provides general consultation on experimental design and aids researchers with statistical analysis of microarray data. We do not currently have a full-time data analyst for all users but can direct users to resources and software. We have many years experience analyzing the large data sets generated by microarray experimentation (both spotted array data and Affymetrix GeneChip Data).
Data Analysis, or DATA services are provided through the MicroArray Information Database, interface.
