Affymetrix Software Tools
Affymetrix has developed several software tools to aid researchers in determining the quality of their data. The following is a list of the tools that can be utilized for any Affymetrix user.
NOTE: The software in the list below is divided into Affymetrix supported software, Affymetrix Tools (not supported by Affymetrix or the MCF), and GeneChip Compatible software (thrid party software). Some of the software is free. Some is available for a cost from the supplier. Regardless, they are helpful tools for the researcher. If you have trouble installing or running the programs (Tools), make sure to read any of the documentation that comes with it or take a look at the forums for each software tool to see if your problem has been encountered by another Affymetrix user.
