Publications & Creative Services Offers Alternatives To Help Reduce Costs

The Office of Publications & Creative Services, in collaboration with Moore Business Forms, is offering the following information regarding the ordering of standard business cards, stationery, and other items.  All stationery needs can be ordered in the traditional way in the Office of Publications & Creative Services, Room 224H, Services Building, or directly through Moore at 713-795-0937. Moore will produce one-color business cards, letterhead, envelopes, mailing labels, memo pads, note sheets, prescription pads, prescription forms, and 1/2/3 part NCR forms through an arranged contract with Baylor.

However, an alternative method to ordering one-color business cards, letterhead, or envelopes is available at the Moore ordering website, https:// www.bsp-press.com/Baylor/.  To gain entry, Type “baylor” as the User Name and “flowl” for the Password.  For an in-office demonstration on how to use the web service, call Beth Borski or Sammye Rhodes at Moore.

At this time, orders for prescription pads and forms, mailing labels, memo pads, note sheets, and 1/2/3 part NCR forms cannot be ordered on the web, but should be placed in the Office of Publications & Creative Services.  Orders can also be placed with Moore or the Baylor Document Center.

Proofs are available either through fax transmission or email within 24-48 hours from the order date.  Email proofs are sent in PDF format.  Once proofs are approved, clients can expect their final products in seven business days.  Moore will ship items directly via UPS ground service, but faster delivery is available at an additional shipping charge. Moore will bill all orders through the SAP system.  There are no set-up or typsetting charges, and there are no handling or service charges from Publications & Creative Services.
