BCM Federal Credit Union Celebrates Another Year of Service
More than 300 members attended the annual meeting of the Baylor Federal Credit Union (BCMFCU), which marked 42 years of continuous service to the
College’s faculty, staff, and students. Tom Wilson, Chairman, noted that membership is growing rapidly, and the credit union has assets that exceed $20 million. Members responded favorably to the new
services as represented by the 13 percent deposit growth, 33 percent increase in loans, and 44 percent increase in checking accounts during the past year.
“We are a part of the BCM community and understand what sets us apart from other financial institutions,” said Tony Black, BCMFCU President. The
meeting introduced new board member, Wayne Riley, M.D., and re-elected board member Lela C. Hannibal, and included reports from the credit union’s officers, as well as the opportunity to obtain a free credit report
