About the Training
For many caretakers of loved ones with disabilities, planning
for the future can be overwhelming. This presentation, part of
the ADA Virtual Round Tables series, will give
caretakers the practical information they need to make long-term
decisions with their loved-ones. Attorneys Deborah Green and Tom
Ruffner will discuss a range of financial and legal tools for planning
for a lifetime of support.

About the Presenters
Ms. Deborah A. Green, Esq. is a Texas Super Lawyer (2011) who focuses on estate
planning, probate, and elder law. She is a graduate of the University of Notre
Dame Law School. Ms. Green currently heads up The Law Offices of Deborah Green
in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Tom Ruffner, Esq. is a Court Investigator with Travis County
Probate Court No. 1 in Austin, Texas. He has worked as a law
professor and in private practice. He is a graduate of DePaul
University College of Law.
