Findings from the 2008 Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) Employer Survey

Abstract

Dr. Houtenville will discuss some of the highlights from the 2008 Survey of Employer Perspectives on the Employment of People with Disabilities conducted by the U.S. Dept. of Labor, Office of Disability Employment Policy. This survey emphasized current attitudes and practices of employers in 12 industry sectors, including some high growth industries as projected by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

ILRU is a program of TIRR (The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research), a nationally recognized medical rehabilitation facility for persons with disabilities.
