Statewide Independent Living Councils across the country are a vital part of the Independent Living movement, and the SILC Congress is dedicated to providing sessions which specifically focus on SILCs and their unique role in IL service planning and implementation.  We encourage sessions that feature SILC-to-SILC mentorship strategies as well as constructive methods to facilitate positive working relationships with SILCs’ IL partners.
