EDGAR: Frequently Asked Questions (2003)--All non-profit organizations that receive grants or have cooperative agreements with the US Department of Education are subject to regulations that guide their fiscal and programmatic practices. These regulations are called EDGAR (Education Department General Administrative Regulations) and are found in volume 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
