hES Core Services
The Human Embryonic Stem Cell Core has been established to provide intensive hands-on training on hES cell culture for Baylor College of Medicine and other Texas Medical Center investigators.
Classes are held bi-monthly and can accomodate three students per class. The three-day class consists of informal talks and lab sessions covering the following topics:
- Introduction to hES cell culture techniques
- How to QC hES cells
- Planning differentiation experiments with hES cells
- Protocol review and questions & answers
