session via CD or Zip disk.
Specific Instructions for PowerPoint Presentations:
All posters will remain on display during the entire meeting.
Space available for each poster presentation: 3' 6" width x 4' height (105 cm x 120 cm). Push-pins will be provided.
A New England Lobster Clambake will be served on Wednesday night, August 1. This casual dinner will be held outdoors under a tent. Extra tickets may be purchased as part of the online registration process.
You may select from two outdoor activities planned for Tuesday afternoon. Each trip involves a short bus ride. You need to register in advance to guarantee your space on the bus. You can sign up for your choice of excursion as part of the meeting registration process.
One excursion takes you to the National Historic Landmark village of Deerfield , where you will see a collection of 18th and 19th Century houses. You may stroll through the tree-shaded streets or visit the museum.
The other excursion is to nearby Lake Quabbin, an 18-mile long reservoir surrounded by thousands of acres of forest. Hiking trails lead you to spectacular scenery.
