The Department of Molecular and Human Genetics is always looking for technicians with molecular biology/biology experience. Preferred skills include the following: mutation analysis, general recombinant DNA techniques, mouse work, tissue culture, ES cell technology, histology, Southern, Northern and Western blotting.

Other duties may include lab maintenance, ordering of supplies and equipment and routine lab tasks. We are looking for self starters with the ability to follow established routine protocols. An applicant is expected to exhibit good organizational skills, excellent record keeping, attention to detail and the ability to work with others.
