The Quality Assurance/Quality Control group for the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy is responsible for the overall quality of all aspects of the operation of the Gene Vector Laboratory and the Cell and Molecular Therapy Laboratory. This group carries out testing of the facilities to ensure they fall within the specifications set for their operation under FDA and FAHCT guidelines.

QA/QC provides testing of clinical grade gene vector products and transplant components. This group is responsible for review and approval of all production and processing records from the laboratories and all Standard Operating Procedures. In addition, QA/QC oversees the receipt and release of all supplies for the laboratories.
