H13149; Administration of Peripheral Blood T-Cells and EBV Specific CTLs Transduced to Express GD-2 Specific Chimeric T Cell Receptors to Patients with Neuroblastoma: This study uses EBV and 14G2a (a neuroblastoma specific antibody) specific T-Lymphocytes to treat patients with neuroblastoma.
H20255: Protracted Etoposide during Induction Therapy for High Risk Neuroblastoma: This study uses chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery combined with autologous stem cell transplantation to treat patients with neurblastoma. One of the chemotherapy agents will be given at a lower dose over a longer period of time to see if that increases response to the treatment.
H22053: Phase I/II Study of Immunization with Lymphotactin and Interleukin 2 (IL2) Gene Modified Neuroblastoma Tumor Cells after High-Dose Chemotherapy and Autologous Stem Cell Rescue in Patients with High Risk Neuroblastoma: This study uses a vaccine made from allogeneic neuroblastoma tumor cells which have been modified to release lymphotactin and IL-2. The vaccine will be given to patients that also receive chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant.
