Hodgkin's Disease

H11892; A Current Practice Study Of Rituxan In Patients Receiving BEAM Chemotherapy And Autologous Blood Stem Cell Transplantation For High Risk Lymphoma And Hodgkin's Disease: This study uses a monoclonal antibody and high dose chemotherapy combined with autologous stem cell transplantation.

H9936; Administration Of LMP Specific Cytotoxic T-Lymphocytes To Patients With Relapsed EBV-Positive Hodgkin Disease: This study uses autologous EBV specific T-Lymphocytes targeting the EBV proteins LMP1 and LMP2 to treat lymphoma

H8713; Phase I/II Study of Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation for Patients with Hematologic Malignancy, Using Haploidentical Family Donors and Sub-Myeloablative Conditioning with Campath 1H: This study uses a monoclonal antibody, low dose chemotherapy and radiation combined with haploidentical allogeneic stem cell transplantation to treat patients with hematologic malignancies who have already received a stem cell transplant or who also have other complications such as kidney, liver, or heart disease.

H17946: Administration of TGF-b Resistant LMP-Specific Cytotoxic T-Lymphocytes to Patients with Relapsed EBV-Positive Lymphoma: This study uses EBV specific T-Lymphocytes to treat lymphoma.

H19275: Administration of LMP1- AND LMP2-specific Cytotoxic T-Lymphocytes following CD45 Antibody to Patients with Relapsed EBV-Positive Hodgkin’s or non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma: This study uses a combination of monoclonal antibodies and  autologous EBV specific T-Lymphocytes to treat lymphoma

H19164: T-Regulatory Cell Kinetics Post Transplant For Patients Undergoing Matched Sibling Stem Cell Transplantation: This study  looks at T reg cells in patients receiving a haploidentical stem cell transplant following high dose chemotherapy and radiation therapy

H19386: Reduced -Intensity Preparative Regimen With Fludarabine, Busulfan, And Alemtuzumab Followed By Allogeneic Hematopoeitic Stem Cell Transplant For Malignant And Non-Malignant Hematological Diseases: This study uses a monoclonal antibody and low dose chemotherapy combined with allogeneic stem cell transplantation to treat patients with hematologic disorders (both malignant and non-malignant) who also have other complications such as kidney, liver, or heart disease

H20971: Phase II Trial Using Low Dose IL-2 to Induce Regulatory T Cells in Patients After Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation as Graft Versus Host Disease Prophylaxis: The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and toxicity of low-dose IL-2 given to patients after receiving a Stem Cell Transplant and to determine whether this drug is helpful in preventing GVHD.

H23747: A Phase II Study of Oral Panobinostat in Adult Patients with Relapsed/Refractory Classical Hodgkin's Lymphoma after failure of High Dose Chemotherapy with Autologous Stem Cell Transfusion and a Gemcitabine or Vinorelbine or Vinblastine containing treatment Regimen: This study uses a drug called Panobinostat to treat Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Panobinostat is a drug that blocks certain substances needed by the cancer cells (proteins produced by cells).
