Imaging Study 1
- This is the patient's original UGI series done in Mexico about one year ago.
Imaging Study 2
- The gastric antrum is severely deformed and rigid.
Imaging Study 3
- A CT scan was obtained to stage the recurrent tumor. There were no hepatic mass lesions.
Imaging Study 4
- This view shows the thickened gastric wall (black arrow). The afferent loop of the gastrojejunostomy is very dilated (white arrow).
Imaging Study 5
- But the colon wall appeared to be thickened, perhaps by cancer infiltrating from the stomach (arrow).
