Photo 1 - The patient
came with a video tape of her recent endoscopy in Mexico. This photo from
the video shows the gastrojejunostomy and the mass which was described.
Photo 2 - Endoscopy
was repeated because biopsies which she brouoght with her were not adequate
for reliable diagnosis. This is the endoscopic photo from the current endoscopy.
Photo 4 - The patient
had colonoscopy because the CT scan done here showed colonic wall thickening
near the stomach. This photo shows that in the region of the splenic flexure
there was an irregular submucosal mass.
